Office Listing Platform — UX Revamp & Admin Panel Design
Redesigned and rebuilt the property listings and property-detail experience, and added a full admin panel so the client could manage properties, blogs, backups and save drafts — improving content management, reducing data loss, and dramatically improving usability for non-technical admins.

Problem
The client needed a functional and scalable office-listing website.
Their existing setups had major UX limitations:
The WordPress + WP Residence version couldn’t support their required flexibility.
Their Bolt-based prototype had only a rough skeleton with no real functionality.
No admin panel existed to manage properties or blogs.
Adding content risked data loss due to absence of draft-saving.
Property pages lacked structure, hierarchy, and clarity.
Managing many properties became difficult without search, filters, or status controls.
Overall, the system wasn’t usable for either admins or end-users.
Approach
I rebuilt the platform from the ground up using the Bolt skeleton and Google’s Antigravity AI IDE.
1. Frontend UX Improvements
Redesigned property cards with clear hierarchy (price, area, location, CTAs).
Added List + Map layout with cluster markers for easy location scanning.
Improved filter systems, loading performance, and visual consistency.
2. Redesigned Property Detail Page
Structured hero section with crucial info upfront.
Added availability, amenities, reviews, business hours, and map-based nearby info.
Clear enquiry and contact CTAs for user conversion.
3. Full Custom Admin Panel
Add / edit / delete / deactivate properties.
Blog management with image upload.
Draft auto-save for both properties and blogs → protects work from accidental loss.
Search bar for quickly finding properties in large datasets.
Built-in backup & restore system for safety.
City/locality management for consistency.
4. Workflow-Centered Design
I designed the admin interface around the client’s real usage:
simple forms, clear status tags, quick actions, and predictable navigation.
Outcome
- Client can now fully manage the website independently without developer support.
Draft-saving significantly reduced frustration and accidental data loss.
Backend workflows became faster and error-free due to search and status toggles.
Frontend property pages are now more informative, modern, and user-friendly.
Map + list view improved browsing clarity for end-users.
The platform is now scalable, capable of handling dozens of listings smoothly.
Overall, the project transformed a static prototype into a functional real-estate platform.
What I Learned
Good UX isn’t just for users on the frontend — internal tools like admin panels shape the client’s entire workflow.
Features like draft-saving and backup create a huge impact even though they are invisible to end-users.
Working with AI-generated code (Antigravity IDE) taught me to guide and refine AI output, not rely on it blindly.
Real-estate listings require structured information design so users can scan complex data quickly.
Collaborative iteration with the client helped me design a solution that balanced business needs, tech feasibility, and usability.
